In 2023, we moved from Germany to one of the most beautiful places on this planet. For us, it is the Bosphorus in Istanbul.
Regarding personal investments, we went all in on properties in Istanbul. It turned out, the rental income covered all our moderate recurring expenses. So, we became financially independent. This financial freedom gives me the time to create content about this amazing city.
