These two locations are solely focused on Turkish breakfast.

1) Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı
Let’s start with Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı.
Çeşme Bazlama has made traditional Turkish breakfast very popular among Istanbul’s visitors.
Here is how it works. When you order breakfast, all this on the table (see picture) will be served. Everything you see is all-you can eat. If you run out of anything, you can just ask for more.
A highlight is the incredible selection of homemade jams.
Freshly baked bread is also served continuously.
Breakfast at Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı costs around 17 Euros per person
(price as of November 2024).

2) Ethem Efendi Kahvaltı
Next up is Ethem Efendi kahvaltı, which is the most popular breakfast spot on the Asian side of Istanbul. This place follows the same concept as Çeşme Bazlama.
Let’s take a closer look at the offerings (see picture).
We start with Menemen, which is a dish made out of eggs, tomato and peppers.
Then comes a selection of cheeses, olives, yogurt and spreads.
A special fried circular bread is called pişi and very popular here.
Plus, there are over 40 kinds of jam.
Bread is freshly offered and comes either plain, with cheese, potatoes or spinach.
Breakfast at Ethem Efendi Kahvaltı costs around 17 Euros per person (price as of November 2024).
