Over the past decade, I have purchased seven properties in Istanbul and one in Ankara. The rental income from these investments now covers all of our living expenses — giving us the financial independence we always aimed for. I left my job in Germany, moved to Istanbul, and today my family and I live comfortably from our rental income here. That financial freedom is what gives me the time to create in-depth content about Istanbul and the Turkish property market.
